- Competitive Salary: £32,000 - 37,500 (£15.38 - £18 per hour) depending on experience

About the role:
As an HGV Technician in our busy workshop, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and reliability of heavy goods vehicles and plant machinery. You'll engage in a variety of hands-on tasks, including inspections, repairs, and servicing, and you'll have the rewarding experience of passing on your skills to our dedicated apprentice
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out trailer inspections and attending breakdowns.
- Preparing vehicles for MOT.
- Diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs on vehicles and plant machinery.
- Providing vehicle servicing and general maintenance.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
About You:
You are a motivated HGV Technician with a passion for working collaboratively within a small team. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure high-quality workmanship in every task. With an NVQ Level 3 or proven experience under your belt, you are excited about the opportunity to teach and mentor our apprentice, fostering their growth in the trade. As a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, you appreciate the value of teamwork and communication in achieving common goals.
